Snowy was part of my 2018 fundraising calendar for Deathrow Unchained Animal Rescue. In fact, she was our cover star!
Snowy and her owners met me at Kangaroo Point for their photoshoot. Kangaroo point is one of my favourite locations close to the city. The river, the city, the rocks and the metal artworks all bring a pop of colour that really bring the photos alive!
We had a very relaxed session, just wandering up the river, stoping along the way so Snowy could show off her modelling skills.
We got to this little patch of grass, and thought Snowy could use a break from the more posed shots. So we played a bit of fetch! Of course I was there documenting it, but she didn't know that she was still modelling.
After a bit of fetch, we decided to stroll back towards where we started. Snowy, delighted with the walk, trotted along with a huge smile. As we walked, the sun began to lower. Turning everything a shade of gold and we wrapped up our shoot with a few more shots under the magical light.
