What are you doing Saturday the 21st October? I will be at Brennan Park, Bribie island from 9am - 1pm for the Australian Animal Cancer Foundation's Day for Duke! Day for Duke is an event for the entire family, including your furry family members and aims to honour our pets and their fight against cancer, whilst raising money for the Australian Animal Cancer Foundation. A.A.C.F is a not for profit research charity to support scientific research into cancer, in our companion animals such as dogs & cats. The Foundation funds equipment & expertise to treat animals with pre existing cancer, while reporting valuable clinical information to help uncover the mysteries of cancer in both animals & humans alike.
We will be there, along with a range of activities for families and their pups including the Larrikin Puppet Show, famed medium Amanda De Warren from radio, tv and Woman’s Day, fun dog competitions, dog washing and grooming parlour, doggie boutiques and accessories, obedience and agility school, plus a jumping castle, face painting, raffles, great variety of tasty treats and food, live entertainment, prizes, and much more! We have donated a signature session and a canvas wall art for the raffle, so make sure you pop down and support a great cause! Head over to our stall on the day for your chance to win a Signature Session or a double pass to the Brisbane Dog Lovers Show. Or to book a session for your pet, with all profits going straight to the Australian Animal Cancer Foundation. https://animalcancer.com.au
