I photographed Squish prior to Christmas, but couldn't share any sneak peeks online because his entire session was a secret surprise! Given it's now April, so I am well and truly safe to share. This is not the first time I have had a secret session, but was potentially the most elaborately planned, just so we could get him out of the house without his owner, knowing. His owner had no idea it was happening. Her best friend had organised and planned the entire thing with her family, and arranged to collect Squish while she was out of the house. She then met me at New Farm Park so we could create some magic. I suggested the location simply because I love the variety it provides. We had a mini-session, as we were racing the clock so Squish could be returned home, leaving his mum none the wiser. We started off against the graffiti, thankfully Squish was a superstar. He seemed to know that he had a job to do, and we nailed these in just a few shots! I mean look at that little head tilt!
We then went for a walk through the gardens for a few more posed shots.
I was told that Squish loves his ball, so we finished off with some fetch. Loving his ball was definitely not an exaggeration!
If you are interested in planning a secret squirrel photoshoot, get in touch, I am always up for surprises!
